Tracy Jo Shine was a woman killed in 1987 by her ex-boyfriend.
Case[]
Tracy Jo Shine disappeared in 1987. Authorities suspected her ex-boyfriend, Michael Neal, but couldn't prove he was responsible. Later, tissue samples from a refrigerator kept in storage by police turned out to belong to Tracy and he was later convicted.
The rest of Tracy's remains were never recovered.
