Paula Sims is an American woman who lived in Jersey/Madison Counties, Illinois, USA with her husband Robert Sims and their children.
She is the focus of the Forensic Files episode "Similar Circumstances" where Paula reported that a masked individual broke into their home and kidnapped Heather, whose body was later found in a garbage can.
