Kathleen Foley, full name Kathleen Ann Foley, is an American women who appears in Forensic Files eighth season episode "When the Dust Settled". In the episode she is credited as "Katy Doyle" for unknown reasons.

In 1994, Joe Foley (alias Joe Doyle used in the episode), a union official, is executed in his home not long after a strike by the union membership. Neither his wife, Kathleen Foley (alias Katy used in the episode),[1] who was sleeping in the adjacent bedroom, nor anyone in the neighborhood, heard any gunshots. It would take a forensic sound test, an electron microscope, and a nightgown to explain why.
