Forever Hold Your Peace refers to episode 2 of the Season 7 of the television series Forensic Files which was broadcast for the first time on January 8, 2002.
Plot summary[]
An examination of an unusual case in Texas involving the 1988 rape and murder of Nancy DePriest, while at work at Pizza Hut. After suspect Chris Ochoa confessed and implicated Richard Danzinger and they were imprisoned, the case was considered closed.
Eight years later, Achim Marino confessed to the same crime. DNA evidence cleared Ochoa while proving that Marino was, in fact, the perpetrator.
