Plot summary[]
Details the case of Philadelphia’s Center City Rapist who was active from 1997 through 1999 and the murder of Shannon Schieber on May 7, 1998. Philadelphia authorities use an anonymous letter and geographic profiling to home in on a suspect who attacks victims who live on upper floors of apartment buildings. In 2001 when they hear of similar crimes in Fort Collins, Colorado, they do further profiling to find Troy Graves who had joined the US Air Force to leave the Philadelphia area.
